Traditional learning infrastructure—formal courses, books, mentorship—remains scarce and unevenly distributed. Meanwhile, AI systems have become cheap, available, and effective at personalizing instruction at scale.
The ecosystem is fragmenting. Some organizations build internal AI-driven learning platforms and lock capability inside.
